How old are they? who was on them? Why is it called cpef instead of CPR.fourm-motion?

There was a time in V2 when Images were disabled in media articles, I made this forum to host my comics. But the images got reinstated and this forum died.

it was this time that the CPF was hijacked, and I was thinking about making the Canadian Penguin Front. The 'e' was added in there so I could easily mark which was which
